BEACH YOGA INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY - The Beach has been wonderful in the mornings. Come and join us! In the case of rain, we will not have Beach Yoga and it will resume the following week. You are welcome to attend the 8:00 am Vinyasa Flow class with Linda instead but please note this is a Level II class, not suitable for beginners.

New Kids Class - Pajama Yoga with Jeannine! Wednesdays at 5:00 pm. 5-wk series starts July 23rd!

One-on-One Private Yoga Training available for adults and kids during non-class hours. Call to schedule.
