ADULT CLASSES


Yoga Rocks is the Ultimate Full Body Workout Experience!
It is all you need to get strong and stay strong.

We offer Beginner Yoga (Beginner Series) for absolute beginners who are brand new to yoga. The next level is BASICS (Yoga Rocks Level I) followed by VINYASA FLOW (Yoga Rocks Level II). We are currently creating a NEW 7 LEVEL SYSTEM for students who are ready to move to the next level. NEW THIS AUTUMN: Advanced Vinyasa Flow (Yoga Rocks Level III)!

Our focus is primarily on strength, alignment, balance, breath, flexibility and overall peace of mind.

Class Descriptions:

  • Beginner Series: A 4-week series for those who are brand new to yoga. In this series you will learn clear and detailed yoga instruction of the most basic yoga postures. Call to register now as these series fill up fast!

  • Yoga Basics (Yoga Rocks Level I): For beginners to intermediates. Basic yoga postures are introduced and practiced along with breathwork and relaxation. The focus is on stretching deeply, releasing tensions and getting stronger. It is about learning posture alignment and breathing techniques. It's a fun class for the fit and not-so-fit.

  • Vinyasa Flow (Yoga Rocks Level II): For intermediates to advanced students with prior yoga experience. Restores energy and vitality to the body through breathwork and total body movement. Increases metabolism, firms, tones, balances and can help to maintain weight. This is a moderately challenging class with an emphasis on developing core strength and calm mind. You will flow through the postures at a quicker pace. Students should be reasonably physically fit.

  • Advanced Vinyasa Flow (Yoga Rocks Level III): A 75-minute class for advanced students with at least one year of prior yoga experience. This is a more challenging class with an emphasis on developing core strength and calm mind. You will flow through the postures at a quicker pace. Students should be physically fit. Separate registration required.

  • Yoga Fusion: For beginners to intermediates. A fun, energizing class that incorporates various yoga styles to increase metabolism and build a sweat! Enjoy active movements to keep your body strong and your mind clear. A Yoga Rocks exclusive class!

  • One-on-One Private Yoga Training: Personalized individual yoga training sessions designed to revitalize your body, mind, and spirit. Call for a consultation. All teachers are available for privates in studio or at your home for adults, children, and couples.


  • We also offer special events and workshops for adults such as parties, showers, ladies night out, meditations, teacher training, kids camp, scout troops, schools, corporate programs and retreats!
